Just got an early Christmas Present. Carroll won their 6th national title over Soiux Falls just minutes ago(NAIA Football). This is my Daughter's Senior year as a Cheerleader.

Junior year Lindenwood knocks Carroll out, and loses to Soiux Falls in title game.

Senior year Carroll over Soiux Falls 10/7, what a game. It was on CBSCS 613 DIRECTV.

My Daughter just called(from Rome GA), she is in Heaven, what a charmed college life she has lead. She earned a presidential Scholarship of 10k per year on her accademics, Mom & Dad got to make up the remaining 20k+ per year, which we did, so she would not have those huge loans hanging over her head.(we did the same for our Son)

Im still paying for my student loans. another 5 years.
My daughter is wrapping up her second year, she took a loan last semester to have some extra money and get ahead on her vehicle.

 

Great stuff!! Wish I could have convinced my kids to do more college but at least I didnt have to spend too many bucks on it.

 

Thank You! And cudo's to you also for being responsible for your student loans. So many people believe this is free gratis, nothing is free, some of us(the best of the lot) always pay.

Yes, this is "Great Stuff", I do not regret the cost. My Wife and I are both hourly wage earners. Paying for both of our children's education has been a hell of a task, but we did it! WE DID IT! NO TAX DOLLARS!

This is one accomplishment I/we(wife) set out to do, and it is now becomming reality. One of my best Friend's Father told me long ago, "where there's a will, there's a way", I believe this in all my heart.
