That thing looks like something from Junkyard Wars, or Road Warrior.
Looks like it was assembled using a sledge hammer and cutting torch.

With that thing, you could just haul your moose out on the frame.

 

I don't think it'd be that bad for what it was designed for.

But what it was designed for sure wasn't pretty.

 

I thought mud trucks were supposed to have the engine up higher so it can still run in the water & mud?

 

I love the angle iron body lift and the "knocking" engine hasn't blown up. Yeah, I want that thing. It seems like you could put any body on any frame if you just get it high enough to clear everything. I wonder why the Bronco body was so bad that the Escort body seemed like a good choice?
