Question Can you help with the answer?

My question is.......how come the gubment is not releasing any numbers as to how successful the cash for clinkers was? What are the numbers of suv's (the 6000 lb.ones)in relation to econo boxes sold? What is the total number of units that have actually been taken off the road and crushed with the number of discounts given and new sales completed,AND the number of gallons of fuel "saved" in relation to the amount of fuel used by the new purchases?

Edmunds.com just released a statement about how truck and SUV sales have outpaced the gas-savin', petrol sippin' micro cars by a big margin. The Kar Kommisar Robert Hood(lum) still stands behind this occult government subsidy as a success. They're putting so much spin on this, it might change the rotation of the earth (and what will THAT do to the climate?)
