"Major snow storm" headed this way. Weatherman is all worked up. Says stock up on food stuffs, fuel, ect. Yea right, 4-6" of snow can be a real killer. I guess he needs something to worry about.

 

If they start talking 4-6" here you won't find a crumb of bread or an ounce of milk anywhere! People are funny.

 

Down south if you get a few flakes in the air they close schools.

 

Not just school, they close everything. It's funny you brought this up, the local news just this morning "hinted" that we have a system headed our way this weekend that may set us up for some accumulation. This could get pretty funny by weeks end.

I received notice that an appeal had been filed by a certain "judge" on behalf of Redleg to get his Title changed. I think the main concern was that Americanidolhat might try and sing Red's songs. That was followed by something about DTR and "cruel and unusual" punishment.

 

Snow....you need to keep up.

drizzling now, changing to snow this evening....3-5 inches by tomorrow morning...
FINALLY!!! managed to get the truck put back together wiht out further mishap....I had no idea how well this thing was suppossed to stop! Gotta wear the seatbelt now, it just about put me thru the windshield...and finally ahve a parking brake again!!! I can actually park ona slope and have the truck still be there when I get back! nice....
