Mornin all

Pot luck was really good. Forced myself to try some of everything but had to do it in two trips cause they only had styro plates. Started loading up and heard a crack so had to figured if I didn't stop it was going to end up on the floor. Almost needed those stretchy pants. No crabcakes were on the menu.

After they were exchanging gifts, bring one and put it on the table. pick a number, start at one and go. No. two can steel or pick a new one and so on. If you get one stolen you get to steel or pick a new one. What a blast that was. The thing that was stolen most was a bottle of Screech and a game of deal or no deal. This was a 1st annual and I'm looking forward to already going next year.

Weather hasn't changed still fairly mild, -15C to -20 or so at night and then warm up during the day. No new snow so no wear and tear on the plow,shovel or me. Which is a good thing.

AkPaul all that hot air is from our illustrious leaders down here. Usually it ends up by JWBM over in the eastern part of the country. Must admit that we get more than our fair share of it where we are at too. If they would just shut up for a while global warming wouldn't be a problem.

Heidi not the drinker either. That was in my younger wild days, pot luck dang near wore me out yesterday. Had to come home and rest so I could go to bed .

Morning folks, spent the night in Greenfield, Indiana last night. They've got this crazy white stuff all over the groung here, really cool. I see y'all have been a little busy, like normal, except for the sanitary engineer. Hat, don't forget your safety equipment before you take off on that cart.

Yeah ... I would've liked meeting you. We'll work it one of these days... maybe in the summer. It is a nice place then ... unless you have a phobia about ticks !! Stupid things bite everywhere.

Just got off the phone with my darling daughter in Portland OR. She called with the news that she is changing jobs. Being a director of a major company is no longer a fun job. So she is moving on. IMHO it is "get while the getting is good." She will excel in what ever she does.

Think I just got called to be an elf again in Santa's garage workshop.
Grandkidlett the 10 year old is having a slumber party here for about 5 or 6 of her class mates. Me thinks I will go to my much older and much much wiser sisters.
