Become an Amsoil Dealer or Preferred Customer?

What's the cost advantage of one vs. the other? I am probably going to do this today, just thought I'd put this out there first.

I am a amsoil user ... my buddy is a dealer ... 20 bucks a year compaired to having to puchase a quanity ...if your going to use alot of the product ... if your a gararge and sell the stuff at a retail price you might make some money ...
Me as a prefered buyer ...I only change the oil on most of my trucks once a year .
Thats just me .

Anybody know what the price difference is? Or the purchase quantity?

The prefered customer and the dealer pay the same price. It is about a 25% discount of the retail price. If you only have one car and change your oil one time a year, it will be cheaper to just buy the oil retail. However, if you have a couple of cars, four wheelers, and a boat, then the preferred customer will pay less.

All of the above & then some. Plus, I'm doing my oil several times throughout the year. The toys get done once a year, but the cars get done about every month. I might even end up ordering for some friends if need be. W/ a bypass, it will be much less on the cummins, or at least I hope.

If I recall the prefered customer is 20 a year and dealer is 50 a year. You pay the same price for product but as a dealer if you sell it you start to accumulate points and or dollars and become part of the multilevel and can reap benefits above and beyond just the markup to retail from your sales(ie get others to become dealers or preferred customers). Whereas preferred you only get product at the same price and no additional benefits no matter how much you buy.
