Anyone Know Kyle Graham?

Im wondering if anyone here knows Kyle Graham personally or has any contact with him..
I recently bought his business from him and now he skipped out on me.. I have tried getting in contact with him but he will not answer or return my phones calls.. There are also several other people that he either owes products or money to. If you are one of them, please let me know.
I have the feeling he is taking me lightly, which will be a big mistake on his part..
If you have had problems with him, email me at turbodls1ta@aol.com...
Thanks, Steve

Sorry to hear about your experience with him, we saw the type of individual he was and banned him from DTR accordingly. He tried to say it was because he sold many of the same products we do, but all of our vendors here sell similar products and we don't have the issues with them that Kyle had.

Good luck and contact an attorney sooner than later

I know how your feeling, my wife had the same type of deal with a co. in arkansas. Thought the people were like our parents she bought a buisness from them and 6 months later they sued her for it back. Made use sick. And the leagle system, well just don't know what to say about them. Wish you all the luck.

Add me to the list of those he owes money to. What a bad deal. I also am curious to know if any other vendors or cusomers did not get paid or get what they ordered.

Well, I have had verygood luck with Kyle, no problems with the products I have gotten, and some stuff a few freinds of mine that ordered from him, he treated them right and got them replacement products right away! and Have talked to him many times on the phone, at work, and at his home, with the kids screamin in the background and everything, I for 1 do not know whats going on with him, as I cannot get ahold of him either, but I would almost bet money there is a logical explanation for it.

I'd be willing to forego the logical answer if I had a check from him.

I'm sorry you guys have to go through that. Like Lary said, we banned him a while back for a number of reasons. I guess looking back, we did the right thing. Unfortunate.

I hate to hear this Steve. It is a small world and things tend to shake out.

I like to give everyone a chance to be themselves and decide from there where to place them. Inside or outside.

bbomber,
As of yesterday, he is on "oilburners.net". He has everything on clearance and is giving 877-875-3313 as a contact.
Hope this helps
Odie

Dont get me wrong, he was a great guy to deal with- I never had a problem with him until now. Apparently he was on a cruise for the last week which is why I couldnt get a hold of him, but things are starting to get straightened out, now that he emailed me..
I will let all of you know how it goes..

We had a good expiernce with Kyle when he was in WA state, purchased the exhaust system, the BHAF and fuel presure gage from him. He installed the exhaust and BHAF for me at a reasonable price, and put me intouch with somone to install the FP gage. His military spouse was being transfer to TX, he had not renewed the lease on his shop but did the work at his home, where he had the tools.
This was a while ago.
Steve good luck getting your busness going, and please let know your location.

Davey

I also need to get a hold of him...I ordered an X-monitor (mine) and a set of gauges for my buddies truck...but I haven't seen the X-monitor. It's been about 3 and a half weeks right now, but I was gone all last week, so really 2.5. He said thet he had to get one so it might be some of BD's fault too.

I haven't pursued it really hard yet, I know he's got to be having problems right now but I'm sure he'll get it straightened out...I hope!

If not, I'll call VISA
Chris

ON EDIT!!! Talked to Steve, and he thinks my Xmonitor is being or has been shipped very recently. Said they backordered it on Kyle for a coulpe weeks!

Looks like I'm OK, for now!
