Anybody ever used these guys?

They have all the parts I need to rebuild my front end, and are the least expensive I have found so far. But I am wondering about the quality of the parts....had a buddy say something about "chinese POS stuff"......
It would seem to me that metal is metal, unless the fit is poor, why would it matter? i am not "up" on this stuff so help me out here.
Any input would be appreciated.................
