Riigghhtt.....and if that person doesn't like the job, that person has every right to quit and hand the position over to one of the thousands of others that are in waiting.
Walmart......First and largest corporate contributors on most ever disaster. I go out of my way to support them by purchasing everything I can at one of their fine establishments. Actually, even though you refuse to patronize them, you might want to thank them for saving you money by forcing the competition, where you do shop, to keep THEIR prices down.

Price isn't everything. I am more than willing to pay more for better service at a place that isn't as abusive to their employees.

Being a manager of a small company of 180 employees, when one leaves we try to do an exit interview w/ our HR director. If you have problems w/ policy or a manager tell them in a proffessional manner, dont belittle them just tell them. They may not always know something is wrong and cant fix it if no one tells them. Keep the personal issues out of the conversation. Our company is in the customer service business and that in itself is very difficult, if you want to stay on top. That means we must also be in the employee service business if you want everything to work. Happy employees means happy customers.

Always try to go out without burning any bridges, you never know when you might need them again. For the few years I worked in the civilian workforce I practiced this. Now every 5 years I have to do TS/SBI background investigations for my job field, it's nice to know they all had positive information to provide the investigator.
