Good morning y'all, couldn't sleep so I thought I would get on this morning and wish all a happy day! Now that that is out of the way, gonna get some coffee and a doughnut. Not really an early morning person.

What a goat rope of a weekend
When you have new butter bars in charge of a range, you know it will be so screwed up that Hogans Goat will looked squared away. ALL DAY Friday and they only got 4 people qualified on the M249 range. You cannot shoot a LMG course of fire if you ain't configured as a LMG (Light Machine Gun). 86'ed the entire FUBAR operation on Saturday morning and got all 27 gunners qualified, using the PROPER course of fire, by 1530. All day long it was

27 degrees?????

YUK!!! I refuse to complain about a little wind. (Who is Wilma???) It was 58 for a low last night and going to 79 today. Soooo much sun I am wearing my shades inside (well, not really). Really gorgeous morning. Off to church, then din din, then CFO says she has saved enough money to go buy groceries. Wow, eat for another week - - life is good.

Take care and enjoy the day.

Bob

I was so confused this morning with where to post, I almost started my own "Watercooler" thread.
Breakfast burrito is gone, washed down with the first , working on the second (pot, that is).
Went riding yesterday, and my wife managed to do this:

How is that possible ? It's a narrow trench, just drive right down the middle (woman driver ) After making sure the machine was ok, I took the picture and then put it in Low and 4WD and walked it out.

Looks like fun. Have not had ours out for over a week, but it definately looks warmer there in Texas than here in Ohio. We went out last Sunday, and 60mph in the cold is just not smart!!

Home alone this morning just waiting for the race to come on. I'll get to watch most of it before time to leave for work at 1500. I'll have to catch the end of it at work. Suppose to be a nice day, warming up later on.
Y'all have a good one!

Trying to watch the PowerBlock on Spike TV while doing chores.

Sunny day, temps stuggling to reach 70*.
Heading to Wifey's cousin's house in Dale City later this afternoon.

Still waiting on the Ebay winnings to show up in the mail for the Geezer-Glide.

Cut the troops loose early, after the boss bought us breakfast
Fired up the cooker with a batch of pecan and cooked about 10 lb of chicken. UGLY. May have to eat some this week for lunch.
Inspection from higher up the food chain this week. Wondering which one I'll have ESCORTED out in cuffs for entering a restricted area without escort.
Unsure about the retirement issue. Will see if the money is right. Gonna play it till the end of the week. It seems that something is going on in the background that could be beneficial. Will wait and see.
No Bambi to bust. Popped a 'dillo tho. Looked like a 120mm main gun busting a tank. The .22-250 is rather spectacular.
Hollar at y'all tomorrow.
