You guys are really brutal - - but you all ready know that. Just leave my baby alone - - you hit that with one of them scuds and you will hear me screaming all the way up there in no man's land, Scottyo.

Now, for my fun. You would not believe the weather today. Unbelievably gorgeous. Wow, what a day to hit the beach - - it was beautiful with wonderful little things wandering around the beach. Oh the blonde was along so I had to be good, but it certainly was inspiring - - or perspiring - - or invigorating - - or some kind of "ing".

Packing the fiver for a short trip. Finishing up the repairs from the ferry damage to it - - the new stabilizers came in this week. Should be fun - - and no, I will not give coordinates to the location.

With all this talk about Speedos, thongs, & "scuds" are these male or females you are looking at?

Not that there is anything wrong with that!

Afternoon y'all,

Man ... I hope I ain't catchin the crud already. Feeling pretty run down today. Might be due to not enough sleep last night, the morning PT, big lunch and 1/2 liter beer but I could lay down right now and snooze until Friday.

Snow is flying around again out there .. none is sticking yet. Sure feels like winter.

Have a great day ... we're sending you folks a nice one, so enjoy it.

Mornin' folks.

Shovel, hotdram and tiny had the best definition of "it".
Pistol slept in. Shouldn't he have to do more PT.

Redleg - Yes I did. Posted last week. You musta missed it. "It" looks great. Thank you. On display in the gun cabinet. Color is perfect for the arrowhead next to it. Thing is, it makes the long arms look bad. Did you tie that? If so, amazing.

Hunted Monday and Tuesday. Saw 6 deer Mon. afternoon. Couldn't get a shot. Saw nothing Tues. morning. Saw 2 Tues. afternoon. No shot. Learned the pattern for that spot though. That rifle hunt happens once a year. Rest of the time it's bow only and I don't own a bow . So much for learning that spot

You men...and ladies...have a wonderful day. Stick to the country roads. - JKE

8 degrees here, at least it is on the plus side of things, got a whoopin day off, kinda trade for the Sunday snow work last week. Was thinking last night about goin down to my club and being an armed guard over a pile of corn but after moving truck out of the driveway for the wifey body says R U NUTZ !!!!! its too dang cold to sit on an alluminum platform 25 feet off the ground holding a cold remmington........ right now brain agrees, but if I get bored I just might go for an afternoon post, I think I could handl 2- 3 hours at least.
I knew I was not going anywhere this morning so I did not bother pluggin in, truck fired off quick and went straight to 1000 rpm idle. OOOO that reminds me, I gotta head off to the store and pickup some more power service/ anti gel

Glad you liked it John. They're still a little ruff around the edges, but I'm getting better. The Childers is probably my favorite pattern. I'm on cloud nine today. I just got a shipment from the leading supplier of materials specific to these flies. I met him at a show a few weeks ago, he must've liked me because he through in some "extra's" in my order that you don't just come by every day.

Chaikwa, still no tires in, I guess the early winter got a lot of them on back order. I'm leaning towards the 21-23 somewhere, let me know if those don't work. I'm trying to stay out of the jerky in the mean time....

Nice weather lately, but the crud's suppose to hit tonight. Plow truck has been pretty cooperative lately. If the overtime checks are as respctable as I anticipate, she may just get a couple late christmas presents.

Snowstorm here [yeahbobwhateverIamloadingmorespheres]
The highways here may get closed.
The storm moved south instead of east. The joys of winter.
I do like the cardio of shovelling.
I race the neighbor...he has a 10 HP snowblower and he got beat the last two times.
We make it a showdown. LOL

Reminds me of this old joke:

A fellow walks into a hardware store and asks for a chain saw that will cut 6 trees in one hour. The salesman recommends the top of the line model. The fellow is suitably impressed, and buys it.
The next day he brings it back and says, "This chainsaw is defective. It would only cut down 1 tree and it took ALL DAY!"
The salesman takes the chain saw, starts it up to see what's wrong, and the fellow says, "What's that noise?"
