Claude, you getting any funny 'maters this year. I had a couple off the same plant that are very weird looking. After looking at them closely each 'mater was actually 2 that grew together. and man are they big. The whole crop is big this year but the one plant is producing a few weird ones. If you look closely at the picture you see two seperate stems at the top of the tomatoe. One that is still on the plant grew very large on one side and is still small and greenish on the other side.

It is funny, they look weird but those mutant ones are very juicy and good! Kinda hope i get more, they actually taste the best out of all of the other 'maters i've havested already.

I planted the last weekend in May, been cool for the most part here. Had a few HOT days and when we have them the plants really grow. Need to do the greenhouse sometime. I might try do some indoor gardening this winter. Keep a few mater and pepper plants.

I dont know what I find more annoying.... the repeated sheep posts or the Foster's commercials that the History channel keeps showing...

It's actually the fault of the bees. They're quite busy up there.

Be equal opportunity, hate them both.

And that is where I should have stayed. It is 2:52 AM our time and I just got back from "rescuing" two of my wife’s nieces who went for a "short" walk about six hours ago. Tell you the story this winter if I have calmed down by then. City folk need to stay in the city or learn how to tell which way is North and which way is South.
