I bought a full-sized folding keyboard to go with it, but I got used to the small netbook keyboard, I've never used it.

for what most people do, net books are fine, even a low end laptop is fine. I run a program on my laptop called everest. it will monitor your clock speed. mine hardly ever comes of 1.0 ghz to full speed (opening or closing programs mostly) when im at home. at work, the sytem is run harder but thats with engineering programs I run regularly...

Evening DTR. Worked a little on the farmall today. Dad is painting small parts now, he got overwhelmed a little when he saw how many parts we actually have to put back on the tractor. I told him not to worry about it, it'll go back together faster than he thinks. Got a roast beef slow cooking on the grill tonight for dinner, think it'll be done in about 2 hrs.

Evening all which are still around the BR. bir.

Oldest had his last practice tonight, first game tomorrow. Traveling league b-ball. Had to go to Dick's to finish up his attire and equipment. I didn't get a pic of it but the sign out front made me giggle. There's a BJ's shopping club in the same shopping center with the Dick's sporting goods. Yes they're both on the same sign. Pretty funny to me.

Grilled some burgers tonight. Watching X-Men Origins again with the oldest. Went by wally world too and stopped by the sporting good section. Appears ammo is still hard to come by. Two stores and no .45 ACP. Didn't look at Dick's. Should have.

evening all.
changed oil in my truck. It looks like I got an oil leak somewhere. there was a bit of residue on the oil pan, transmission bell, and maybe a bit on the side of the exhaust...

Well aren't YOU just the funny one tonite!

All packed and ready to go. Poor little Liberty is dragging its' butt with all the crap we drag back and forth to New England. Made a carry-all box thing that slides in the receiver hitch. Fit all my stuff in there plus a few boxes of teaching materials. Welding equipment in the back along with all Michael's luggage. And Jake still has the whole back seat to himself. The mileage will probably drop a few points tho.

With all of your wizardry and master welding abilities, it seems odd that you haven't made a front reciever to offset the weight of some of your luggage that you know you'll be using at some point in the year.

A buddy has one on his wrangler, then when he's off road, he can mount his winch on which ever end he needs.
