Mornin' all,

and trivia fix done.

Looks like the tropical depression is going to dump the rain on New Orleans and miss Houston. Shucky darn, we need a lot of rain.

Not much else going on.

Wannabe, our daughter was a prison guard at the men's Huntsville TX prison. She still works for Tx DPS but not as a guard.

Have a good un and be safe out there.

Let it rain. . .They need it. May it go inland all the way to Okey Dokey. Keep the waves and the winds out in the bay

Thick or thin? Most people don't realize that real 'New England' clam chowder is more like soup, thin in consistency with a sheen of butter floating on top. The thick stuff is good too, but all of the old timers down Maine make it thin. I'm not sure where the thick stuff came from.

Hey Merkin Boy, whats all this talk of thick and thin stuff. One could really take that out of context.

I actually lean towards the thick stuff. On a really rainy day I like it with crackers and hot sauce.

It really is nasty here today. It would be a great one for a hot chocolate and creme de menthe, amaretto, grand marnier or Baileys. Sigh, all I have is one beer in the house.

Evening all!

Checking in thought I would see how everyone is doing.

I'm going to visit the Madhat household this weekend. So If I don't make it back...call the Marines. At any rate, I'm sure there will be some fun stories to tell when this gets over with. Mark got a keg...I can't see this ending well.

Yup, hope you dont need all of those brain cells anymore. Be careful, you might wake up in San Diego with a new tattoo, a shaved head and somebody screaming at you to get the lead out.
