our chaikwa IS loveable, just misunderstood. appreciated, but fun to poke fun with....not at. he can still throw a shovel pretty far.

balloons up for the nightly run: crab, ladybug, pancho's flying bus, Mr. Potato head, and some type of cat plus 35 other balloons. nice to watch, then head back up the mountain...

blew off work this afternoon, took a bike ride near the wineries and lakes, got on some seasonal roads that were 1. fresh stone and oil 2. very steep and single lane near deep gullies.
no signs......glad to see civilization.....whew! have to check out a map to see where the heck we were.....
