ford four wheel drive help help

i have a 2000 ford f-250 with fwd and it is not working it is electronic shift and the shift motor is working and the hubs are locked in please help

is your ac working (blowing out of the vents it is spose to???) my 01 didnt work one time and it was the vacuum pump
