The Mason-Dixon TDC would like to extend our invitation to all who desire to participate in this great end of the year show.This is our annual 2 day dyno competition which hosts some of the finest examples of diesel powered Trucks from all over the country.We also have a covered dish cookout for those who would like to bring their favorite food along to share with the whole group.

Remember stack equipped owners we would like you to drop your flex pipes is possible or allow us to some way vent the soot outside.Also we would like the dually owners to drop their outside tires off which allows us to move trucks in and out more efficiently.Tools will be provided by SGS to accomplish this and all we ask is to put them away when finished.The shop is also available for those who have last minute goodies to do or install and all they ask is that you dyno sometime that weekend.We did a great job at the spring show with the extra work and it showed when we were done,which we received many thanks for our professionalism.

The rules for this class will be as follows......
This class will be open to all trucks listed below...
1989-1993 Dodge 1st Generation Diesels
????-1997 Ford Diesels
????-2000 Chevy/GMC Diesels(NON-Duramax motors)
All trucks must be equipped with engines and fuel pumps which came on the trucks from the factory(ex-No P-Pumps On 1st Gen Dodges,No Cummins swap trucks).#2 Diesel ONLY.....NO DRUGS!!!!!!(If owners have meth kits,nitrous or propane they MUST show the bay operator that they are OFF or disconnected).SINGLE Charger OR Supercharger ONLY...NO TWINS Or Turbo/Supercharger combos permitted.ANY Internal pump mods allowed,ANY Injector Allowed,Fuel Pusher Pumps legal.Over the counter fuel additives ONLY.Hoods must be closed during run.

MODIFIED-This class is limited to a SINGLE turbo with NO PUMP CONVERSIONS(example:A 24 Valve single turbo truck with a P-Pump installed)and on #2 ONLY.The use of over the counter fuel additives is permitted but NO DRUGS(this includes meth injection and water misters).Aftermarket chargers,fueling boxes,injectors and pusher pumps are all legal.Owners who run single chargers and use drugs may compete as long as their bottle has been disconnected or removed,these owners will be asked to show they did this when they enter the dyno room.Superchargers are permitted in this class ONLY if they are run by themselves and are not being used with a turbo.

COMPETITION-This class will allow any fuel pump combination(example:P-Pump conversions),any charger(twins included) or supercharger and run on #2 alone.Over the counter fuel additives permitted but NO DRUGS(this includes meth injection and water misters).Any injector,fueling box,aftermarket turbos(twins permitted) and pusher pumps are ok.Owners who have drugs may compete but must disconnect their bottles or tanks and will be asked to show this when they enter the dyno room.

UMLIMITED-Run What Ya Brung...This is the "Don't Bring A Knife To A Gunfight Class".
Any fuel,charger configuration any amount of drugs can be used here.The only rule here is the HOOD MUST close and latch tightly.This is for safety reasons as we have seen the aftermath of a head-gasket explosion with the hood open.

Show-N-Shine....
This will held SATURDAY ONLY.I am working on the sponsor for this event as we speak and as soon as its nailed down I will post it.Awards will be given for Best Dodge,Ford,Chevy-GMC,Best Conversion and Best of Show.It will be a JUDGED competition and you must enter to compete.

2nd Annual Torque Challenge sponsored by..."Old Chickies Hill Auto Transport"
This will be run in conjunction with the show and its award given out Sunday.The torque numbers will be taken from the participants dyno runs over the weekend.The participant can decide which of his best torque pulls he wants used,however,only one run counts towards the competition.There will be a winner and runner up award given and the winner will automatically have a spot in next falls challenge.

The Torque Challenge participants will be added shortly as soon as I get the research done.Past winner Lloyd Mills is automatically in and the rest will be taken from our Spring Fling show and a few wildcards will be added.The Tq Challenge this year will be ran on #2 alone to give all participants a even chance.I talked to Cliff today and he is looking forward to see how everyone does on fuel alone.

We will also be running a daily Gamblers Roll(both Saturday and Sunday will be separate)for those who wish to participate.Its will cost $2 and the pot will be split between the club and the winner.

7th Annual SEEfood Challenge !!!
Hey all, save the date as OCTOBER 4th is yet another SEEfood Challenge! This of course has been the event that over the years just keeps getting better and better. The event has changed or "Morphed" if you will from an actual SeaFood thang that started with "Ill bring the Lobstah" (Famous words from 98Rammer) To the SEEfood Challenge that you see today. Kind of a celebratory way of kicking back and signing off for a bit after a summer filled with work and play.

The Challenge ... well we have heard of that somewhat teeny event called "Fat Tuesday" this event makes it look like Thin Thursday, and has become one of the best times had in the New England area. It's not only about the food either (More on that in a sec) it's about Wrenching, Vendors, Friends, and of course Trucks. If you have something to install, bring it and let's bolt it on, up , in ... whatever!

The Menu ... welll now that is the best part .... there isn't one, unless of course you count things like : Lobstah , Steamers , Chowdahs , Steaks , Ribs , kabobs , Chilli , Jemboliah , Pizza's , Corn , Fried turkey , Marinaded prtabellas , Shredded Pork bbq , Spanish - Fried and Tomato Rices , SOS , Soups , Pastas , Jamaccan Patties , Fried Turkey, Cookies , Burgers , Dogs , Corn , Breads , Venison , Red Hots , Hot Dogs , Burgers , and Grilled Chicken.

Who knows what THIS year may have. If you have that certain special dish that you can kick Emeril's food to the curb with, you know that dish you make that stops time because it's soo good, BRING IT!

I should be at Riverdale sometime after 6, not sure exactly when. Taking the g/f out to dinner first around 5 down in Totowa so we will head up straight from there. Save me a spot if you guys get there early.

 

I would love to make it down tonight, but I have some stuff I need to work on. I will hope tentatively to make it to Fall Brawl, but who knows... As for the Seefood deal, I would like to check it out, but I think if I was to skip the wedding to go, I may not live long thereafter

Guys, I have been busy lately, Mom is in the hospital, unknow 100% but sounds like back surgerry is coming up for her, and then my 13 year old stepson wiped out last night on his bicycle, at St joe's in Paterson till 1 am with him..... concussion nothing broken..........he just got home an hour ago and is resting, I had to go in to work, too many indians, not enough cheifs if I didn't go. Hope you guys havea good time at riverdale, see ya at the next one.

I would like to make the Fall Brawl, won't make the seafood fest, have a surprise 60th birthday party for my future father in law that day.

Riverdale was okay tonight, not many cars showed up. Buddy brought his dad's '72 Chevelle SS, so that was pretty sweet to check out and stand next to like it was mine. Even saw Steve out there with his son walking around checking out the cars. Got to hear the full scoop on his truck, and it is not a pretty one. Hope they get it back together soon for you Steve.

Phil, forgot to mention to give me a holler if you need help with the trailer rebuild. I'm not far away and I don't mind painting if your nephew gets tired.

Pat, if you go to the Seafood Fest instead of your wedding, it was a pleasure knowing you.

The resting wounded is doin better, still not sure bout Mom tho, sh is getting real frustrated with non answers as to what they are going to do and when, so for now it is still a liquid diet, and morphine every three hours to get by ........ dambdest thing is the Holiday weekend, wh knows when she will get worked on , sure hope it doesn't wait till Tuesday, shoot, she'll be a junkie by then . anyway, Hospitals suck. Not goin too far over the weekend if anyone else is around and up for something...... I am workin on my truck Saturday evening, aside from that and visiting in the Hospital, thats it.

 

fella's whats up,went to island last night,and got kicked out for the night lol.had a long work day, sat in a ton of traffic to get there, and when i finally get there i see a cluster of diesels and 2 going down the track, one of them was a black duramax.saw him run a 13.3. anyway i start driving over by them, of course there looking at me like im fresh meat.guess thats what you get when your an hour and a half late.one of them says hello, and the guy in the duramax is coming back from his run, pulls up where his friends are, and tells me to move my slow peice of sh##.i guess he thought he was a bad ***, and i was stock.anyway with my temper, and just the fact that he embarrased me the second i got there for no reason.so i got out of my truck and said to him if your looking for a problem you came to the right place,im sourrounded by his ***## friends now.one of them comes behind me, and before i knew it i turned around and punched him square in the jaw.well it was on then. security flew over there in a heart beat. peeled me off that kid that came behind me.all cause of that duramax idiot. anyway that kid was the furthest away from this whole thing. i was staring at him after the commotion from afar.he had nothing to say at all.except are you ok, asking his friend. actually one of his friends, the one that was cool right away, said it was one of his friends fault.but security couldnt determin whos fault, so out we all go.i talked to security on the side and told them exactly what happened, and they understood, and said see you next week.BUT i got a phone call from the police this morning, IT AINT OVER YET. more to come. ill keep you guys informed. all i wanted was to watch some diesel's and make some new friends.lol. turns out the guy went to the hospital this morning. guess he didnt go last night out of shear embarrasment.
