hey guys, had a good time last night, sorry i missed the fun on the way home. by the way, i got ripped off for the 2nd time on the classified adds again, some a--hole his name is 4pasnu. he was selling those polished sills, i think the add is on page 3 on top.it was 60 bucks, guess it could of been worse.i have his name and address to, he gave it to me when i told him i was gonna send a check, but went through paypall instead.

 

Dam, sucks you got burned George, I think I might have gotten the shaft by a guy on a different board. Sent him payment Sunday night for a pair of Thor riding boots, nothign yet, claims they are shipped.... It is only $69, but that is my money, I earned it not him. Now this ******* has my money after rendering no goods or services. Unless he surprises me, and they show up next week...

All the files are on my drive for downloading to the Smarty in the future, one of these days I will try them out, see how they compare to the Predator custom tunes.

 

well I just screwed myself .....truck will be down for a few days broke the fitting that goes into my fuel canister -8jic x12mm fitting plus I had to break off the clip that holds the stock line to the sending unit to get the supply line to the pump connected...the wife is goin to kill me scince I have to take her explorer to work for a few days till I get a new fitting

 

Is that one of the banjo fittings? If so I have the big hole ones with gaskets.

Friday night for Island is not looking good weather wise. They're calling for isolated thunder storms.
I was having a little trouble with the truck on the way home while having a little fun with Pat. I think it's the C5 box again. It was missing real bad under WOT and I pulled crank sensor codes again. I think I'm going to have to remove it and just go to the Smarty only. I hope they release the new Smarty programs soon because this will put me 100 horse down on power. You lucky 04.5+ guys get the 170 program. The new Revo program is supposed to be 230 for all the common rail trucks.

 

well looks like the truck will be down for a few days till I can get an adapter unless I can find it localy monday morning I will try a few speed shops in the area hopfully i can find it

 

Angelo that sux about the codes and such, but the weather forecast is good news, if they say rain this far out, that means its gonna be sunny and mild, stupid weathermen have enough trouble getting the next two days right yet they babble on about the seven and ten day forecast. Gary as for the fitting search good luck, thought for sure someone here would have it layin around after changing to a different fuel filter setup. If we get a break in the weather today I might mess around and try to get a video of my truck from a dead stop/ roll smoke takeoff.

I sure would like to get my lightbar back on my truck as well as hook my worklights back up with the day being so nice. To bad I don't know crap about wiring........ Good news is I am getting some boom boom for my truck courtesy of the Conductor. Finally got a box on Ebay and will be putting his old MTX subs under my rear seat. Should sound good playing that country music!

Oh well, off to the g/f's house to wash our vehicles. Give me a shout if you guys do anything.

 

well I shot a video, but it was too dang bright out and the video sux so bad I won't even load it to photobucket, going to have to try again when it isn't so dang bright or shoot at a different angle.
