that wasn't so bad, 4 hours and done. sloppy snow, and now the sun is comin out. Hardly worth goin back to bed, dang road is full of water tho, not layin on my back in that, grrrrrr gotta find high groundif I am gonna get anything done today.

 

I didn't do anything today except put my snow stuff away this morning. Not worth plowing an inch. Got a long day ahead of me today, just hope it goes by fast.

well, skrew them with their oil presure sensor switched system , that port in the block is burried 3 deep, decided to go with a relay and put er on switched power. got all the electrical done, just need to mount the relay and wire tie the wires. But where did this cold come from, nice and semi warm when I started, now cold and windy...... least it dried the street up a bit....... but what is this red sticky liquid and where is it leaking from? o thats me, sprung a leak ...... can't wait to get diesel in that, outa feel good. phew I need to warm my fingers back up and decide if I am going to do more tonight or not. Tom, when you thinkin of doin that intake work ? should be simple enough if ya want to come by tomorrow and we can put it on in front of my place. I mite need a hand bleedin the system anyway. Phil, give me a call n my cell to figure this out for tryin tires, I lost your number but I think you have mine.

Might be able to meet up tomorrow. Got my new truck today. Preety happy with it but need some time to get used to the new seats. Also, there is some damage to the bed during delivery but their gonna fix it. They even pointed it out before I could see the truck. All in all, it's always good dealing with that dealership so...

Rats, just got word from the shop doin my tranny work that the parts will not be there in time for me to get er done Thursday, going to shoot for Monday next week instead. Man the temptation to let er rip goes from mild to wild. Phil that does clear up days to try my tires on your truck, so give me a buzz during the day sometime so we can set this up. I just need to finish doing an hours worth of stuff to my Mom's car at their house after work, then free rest of the week. How's bout a Hooters meet again soon ? I could use some wings and such, any chance at this week ?

billet flex flate and input shaft, torque converter, valve body, shift lever and anchor point, extra clutch pack in the front and back. and whatever else they seem to think is in need of work while in there. Dave is target building it to hold over 600. he took his time to ask what I wanted out of it and what I planned to do with it in the future. Thanks for bumpin me towards his product !

welcome to the clan, kind of surprised you met Keith and still stopped by to check us out just bustin on Keith as he hasn't posted in a while. yeah we run up to the dragway a few times a year, and meet up now and then to shoot the breeze, sometimes we even meet up to wrench on stuff. stop by often and read up on all the good info on first gens, we are lucky to live but an hour and a half away from a 1st gen guru, Wannadiesel. He has got to be one of the best hands on information centers alive.

 

First off Welcome! Where in West Milford are you? I used to live up on the mountain in Upper Greenwood Lake till I moved to Vernon. As for Island Dragway, keep looking at the NJ posts and when the NHRDA has the diesel races I will post to let everyone know.

 

Hello and welcome to the clan from NJ. We usually meet up about once a month at the Hooters in Wayne to shoot the bull and watch the Conductor (MikMaze) sweat out some 911 wings. We usually head up to Island on a Friday night. I would like to get up there soon to see what the old girl will do in the 1/4.

Mike, are we still planning on that PA thing? Is that still going on?
