Anyone to install pyro gauge?
It's very easy to do. Get yourself a small telescoping magnet that fits in the hole and pull the shavings out of the manifold. I've done three of them this way and it works well.
If I was closer I would throw it in for you, but I'm up in Vernon. Any questions just ask.

Just drill steady and straight. Keep grease on your bit and dont run your tap all the waydown or your hole will be to big. Like Green said get a magnet and get as much out as you can, I have done several this way also.
You will get 99% if not all the chips out with the magnet. After install is complete start the truck up and let it idle for a couple of minutes and with no real exhaust energy to spin the turbo up anything left will blow right through with no damage to the turbo.
