I am headed out of here shortly. Going to meet Pete @ "Applebee's" in Jacksonville, N.C. @ 10:00 A.M. and then it's on to New Bern to meet Cris@ "Wal-Mart" for the subs and then on to the "Hess Station" on Hwy 17 to meet Dan. Hope it doesn't rain all day today. It is pretty cloudy here by my house. See you guys in a little while.............

Well guys, it looks like rain has spoiled our plans again!

I received a call from Cris earlier (just before I was getting ready to leave) saying it was raining pretty good in New Bern. Johnner was also hitting rain coming down from Raleigh. So, like the OBX Event, the Rockingham Event rain has messed this one up too. I am sure the grounds at Morgans Corner will be pretty muddy and wet too.

Anyway, hope everyone got called and my apologies about the rain. Cris, thanks for the call buddy!!

I was with John, it wasnt worth the fuel money and nothing but a muddy truck with a rainout ending up the only thing to show up. I really wish I could have made it out though.

the numbers were awful and i refuse to repeat them.the guy had the dyno break on very very tight, when he hit the brake to load the truck it killed it.i could have 20 plus psi and it would knock it back to like 6-8 psi and it would cuase a downshift.there were several gasser trucks that ran and when he hit the load switch it they had to let off the go pedal to keep the trucks from cutting off....
