I think it boils down to , I'm better at selling parts, and he's got a dyno 
,
I do most everything but he was just dying to put a cam in it 
...
I make us both more money selling parts, I've got a full auto service crew too, i cant ever get in the shop!
As far as multi million dollar homes, it dosent take alot up here, million dollar view, million dollar house, multi million! View lots up here start at $500,000 and go up!

I'll go up 95 till I get just outside of Durham, then I-40 in.
What time is this shin dig starting? Ending? Is someone friends with the local cops, or do we need to pay them off? Beer?
