New "Bling"

After collecting dust for a couple years I finally got around to finishing an underhood "bling" project. The underhoods of the 3rd gens aren't the prettiest, but they don't look too bad with a little work. To compliment the SS braideded wastegate, fuel and nitrous lines I have I wanted to add a SS upper radiator hose. Unfortunately, the radiator inlet is larger than the thermostat housing outlet, so a single piece of -32 hose won't work like on the earlier trucks. I found a spare 3" rod of 6061 and snuck some time on the lathe at work and turned an adapter to make a section of -32 hose with a 90 split flanged end work.

I also grabbed some SS hardware for the store:

After assembly with a fresh gasket:

Just need a short section of Hose to adapt to the radiator and on it goes!

Post up some pics of the projects you guys are working on/planning for the winter months!
