Congrats John!!! Been on vacation last week and when I got home DP was sitting there. Steph opened it and was like "IS THAT JOHN!!!" truck looks good man!

Glad to see the rocket is still kicking!!! I am definately ready to have that sit down and bs over some pizza and get caught up. Hoping to get the truck up and running this fall/winter. The rear main is in bad shape and the tranny needs to be rebuilt. I guess me and Dan will be wrenching soon! You are more than welcome to come watch/help....(I will need al the help I can get to keep Dan from cracking his head open...LOL) But she is bad off....cannot hardly enjoy driving it anymore.

I knew OBX was gonna be featured in the November issue and looked for it in every airport store I walked past between my 8 flights to get me to and from my honeymoon. Never did find it but it was in the mail box when I got home. Was pleasantly surprised to see they did a full write-up about you and Ed along with some good coverage of the event - although they failed to mention or show a certain pair of 800+hp trucks that competed in all of the events, with one of them taking second in the Top Truck Challenge...
