I'm still planning on attending just say when and where. I'll be there if possible. I'm going to the KC day at Kearney on the 17th to, just to see what it's all about. I know of a dyno in springfield but my truck won't fit on it so I would like to see whay I've got know as a base line for improvements.

 

Still planning on making the get together and hopefully the dyno show also.
ksram if you have a dually they will have to take off one of the outter dualls. They should have all of the equipment to do that on site. Thats what they had to do when I ran mine on this dyno.

 

Thanks for letting me know but I have the single axle 3500. The dyno in Springfield was to short for my wheel base the way they had it set up. My 99 quad cab just barly fit on it. Talk to you there.

There was no dyno day, there is a company called Sprinfied dyno that you arrange to put your truck on there dyno. The guy is really great and does a good job.

 

Well, looks like we shoot for March, somewhere around Nevada or so again...

Local track owner is wanting to have an all diesel race on June 2nd at the Rogersville track. I'm going to talk to John about setting up the dyno. We talked about it a little on the 19th but I hadn't spoke with the track owner yet at that time. The owner is open to ideas and it sounds like there will be a bunch of Fords there as BTS is having an open house that day and mentioned that they will be bringing up several trucks.

 

june 2nd bryan's truck shop will have the track rented for a diesel event. i talked to him about it today. he's also gonna be havin a dyno day and truck pull the day before. and i forget what he said about sunday. sorry i haven't been postin, i'm still tryin to make myself a millionaire. it isn't goin very successfully though. if we get together in march early that'll work for me. if anyone wants to come to harrison the 17th me and some of the DTW bunch are gettin together at sunset automotive. it's a buddy of mine's aftermarket accessory store. he specializes in car audio and window tint. hopefully we'll have the rest ofmy radio done. we started on it and got it about half done so far.

it grabs me by the uh uh uh well uh let's rephrase that..................... sounds like a wiener. i'm game. not only am i game but it sounds good.

 

HMMMM The track owner didn't say a thing about them having the track rented at all yesterday. Said he was all for John bringing the dyno down and was open to suggestions on classes and such. I was thinking something like a Quick 8 or Quick 16 and a bracket class for automatics and a bracket class for manuals. I'll call him again today and see what's up.
