I might have a pair of gauges, anyone have a pyro tap handy? and the right size drill bit? .... just got in from neatening up some wires for the compressors, almost looks like a custom install now. Got my quad box back today, reflashed to the latest and greatest, I was still running the tps tap setup........ also got my switch fixed, not sure what setting was working, if correctly at all, so looking for another cheap dyno day now! also installed a new switch for the smoke switch, old one was a micro switch and the spades were just too small for the clips to grab hold of reliably. Man what a nice day out there today ?

If you guys are going to need something to do, I could take the initiative and put together a quick order of go fast parts hahaha I would be needing a drill/tap for a pyro as well.

Help guys!

Have any of you replaced your power steering boxes or pumps yet? If you have, how did you know it was on its way out?

I'm gonna try to make it. That is actually the last Sunday I'll have to work for a while but if I get out of work at 3pm I should be down there by around 4pm. Maybe I'll even get to wash the truck and polish the wheels by then.

Relatively stupid question, which boost gauge do you fellas suggest PSI wise? 30#, 40#, or 60#?

I'd go with a 60 but you may be able to get by with a 40 depending on how far you are going with the mods.

Is it only when you are turning the wheel back after making a turn? Thats what is happening to me, and it is "grabby" in spots..... Is it a pain to fix? Is the part expensive? Is there anyone who makes a heavy duty steering box for our trucks?

Hey Steve did your steering box leak on its way out? I noticed a little bit of fluid on my track bar, steering stabilizer, and a little under the hood today when I got home from driving the truck.....

OK, due to shopping, more questions...
For a fuel pressure gauge, I have to get the Banjo bolt, correct? And they say that I will need a length of stainless steel braided line, but that the size needed is "application dependant" Any idea what length is needed for my O4.5?

sooooo, fed up with the new guy yet?
