MODTR30 January GTG
All I've got is the Wife's car until after the weekend of the 19th and 20th when the truck will be 100% again. So if it freezes I probably won't be there. Our local weatherman said 3 to 5 inches of rain possible this weekend in our immediate area with a chance of turning to ice on Sunday.
Wish that would come during hay growing season when I could use it.

Well, NWS for Nevada is calling for a 50% chance of freezing rain friday night into Saturday......
Whatchayall think????????
It sure wont hurt anything to put it off, and I certainly dont want to see anyone taking a rick just to come to a meeting that isnt critical..

I agree wholeheartedly with Chris ... giving it a few more days for the weather and road conditions to improve is probably the wisest idea.
Body work ain't cheap .... and neither are funerals.
I wish I could make it but I won't be flying in to St. Louis until the 19th and Mrs. Pistol and I plan on spending the day together (with no adult supervision
) before headin' to the hacienda on the 21st. Cheers,

Hahahahaha .... at this point, I ain't shy but not sure momma would care much for an audience.
No ... not home for good yet. I have a job interview set up on the 23rd and hope to schedule at least one more while I am there. Then I am packing up the family and we are all flying to Europe on the 25th.
My retirement is on March 30 and then I have about a week of out-processing/sightseeing in Washington DC before coming home.
I'm still game for a BBQ at my place for the whole MODTR-30 clan sometime in late April. Gotta find someone with a nice big grill first !! I'm gonna attempt to smuggle a few cases of German Hefeweisen beer in my household goods move !!

wouldn'tcha know it, we finally get a date set gonna have a good turn out and then this crap. i tell you what if it isn't one thing it's another. if it's gonna get cancelled i need to know the night before cause i'm gonna have to leave early to make it, gotta swing by four states in joplin, if they are open. so is that possible??
It just doesn't seem fair that most of the bad wheather has been on weekends not weekdays. If the date is pushed back I won't be able to make it on the 20th. We have a rules meeting in warnsburg for our dirt car.
