Well I guess there was a failure to communicate as I sat on the bumper out in the parking lot with my parking lites on from 6:00 to 7:45a and only saw one dodge diesel. I walked around inside but without a flag I guess it is hard to spot each other. I also drove around the block but there were only about 3-4 Ford PS there. I probably should have put up a DTR note on my truck but still there was only one truck that came through. Maybe a Cummins hat would help but I don't have one.

Let's try again.....somebody pick a date and place.

Sorry I could not make it , by fri. at 3pm I found that the bank wanted $197 of my 200 that was being transfered from paypal 9 days after it was sent to paypal , so that took my mad money , with made me mad .
I would suggest that if it was in the central metro it would be best for all , no body wants to go across the hole metro , especialy at rush hour ,
maybe 35 & 280 , if you pick a spot that does not put 1/2 or more of everybody or more on the opesent side of town the'll come , a friend of mine called this morrning to see how it went , said that he would go to a gather , but not if he had to go all across the metro , he would have been cuming from Anoka ,
All that because I thought that is was kind of a metro gathering , just some thoughts on this .

That probably would be good. I'm in the north area most weekends. There are some places on north snelling that are good. Famous Daves, Boston Market. Have to look around more. Also either earlier or later time so we miss the dinner hours.

Yea great luck lastnight, I was running late to start out with then I ended up blowing a tire coming down Highway 52. So I was there at around 7:45. I parked out back, (green dually) Went in for one beer, at that time the place was packed.... And like u guys said its kinda hard to pick out a few people out of 50. Thought about standing on the bar and Yelling something... hah but i didnt have enough beers to do that. lol I noticed a first gen (white) dodge out front of the strip mall and a black dually 2wd... Was that anybody from here??

Just did a search and last yr it was in March , linked to there site and nothing listed for 2007 yet , maybe this will stur something up .
Sorry guys. I forget to read the event section on a regular basis.

I did talk to Mike today, but it was mostly about the 2007 pulling season.
We're thinking about a weekend in early June with a dyno day on Saturday and a test & tune day for the pulling club on Sunday.

Sounds as though a winter dyno day is still on the wish list. February or March timeframe?

Well we came close . The black dually was mine. I must have been taking a quick look inside. As I was leaving I drove around back and I think I saw your truck so I went around front and parked and took a walk in but like you said we haven't developed "the Cummins diesel" look yet I guess. haha

I was standing at the rear of my truck while it was idling and my black leather jacket soaked up some soot smell but I guess we don't have dog's noses.

I saw the White truck too but don't know who he was. 1st gen.

We have to try again.

haha that's funny. It was me. I was going to let it rip down 55 but there was a suspicious car just ahead of me and I didn't want any surprises.

You would not believe how many Fords came by and stopped in there.

I think I can make it next week end. Just pick a place. I know about where that is but directions from 10 and 694 or 65 and 694 would be a help.

If I can't find a Cummins hat I'll have a Boston red sox mostly blue hat and my leather jacket.

I can do the 14th, if you guys decided to go to a bar I just need to make sure they will let me in. About the location, I can travel to the cities or anywhere in the surrounding area.

nice applebees on hwy 55 in plymouth it is.....as for direstions just take 694W to 169S to HWY 55W to Vicksberg take a right...then take the 1st right into CUB parking lot and you'll see applebees right there on the right

and Nate-03 D you can even get into this bar you'll just have to sit on the other side of the rail and dont worry we'll come over and visit with ya
