I called him last night after i finished my heater core flush and he was already done. he said he is seeing 10-idle and no less than 6-WOT.

PS-the heater core flush worked and now im ticked because it cooks me outta the cab its so hot.

Mine still takes a few seconds to react, but I've been reading 8.5-10psi at idle with no more than 1.5psi drop at WOT - but I'm still waiting on a new sender.

Thanks, I have a feeling I'm going to hear some "your truck's not worthy" comments. I may be the first guy in DTR history actually have the clutch upgraded before needing to do so.............

Since I've left the cave mine has been fine. Once it finally registered pressure, it has stayed steady. I'm reading 10psi @ idle and about 8.6psi at wot now. I guess the gremlins are gone. I'm still waiting on the new sender, but will still be installing to confirm. It should be here on Friday.

I still get a few seconds of no pressure at start-up, but then she's fine. I get instant pressure after any restarts all day (even after 8 hours of sitting at work).

I'm sitll perplexed, but my blood pressure is lower than it was on Saturday.

im still wondering if the problem could have been air trapped in the line to your sender after the pump swap...the more i think about it the more im thinking it could have been that and just took a while to bleed it all out
