The RMTDR (local TDR chapter) and the local Powerstroke club are doing a charity dyno event in Ft Collins at PFI in early October I think. I will get the details and post them . All are welcome to come. Last year they dynoed like 50 or 60 trucks and even more were there spectating.
Here is the info. Might check back as time goes by for updated info
You will notice the title of the thread has the date 11/1 but she does stte that it is really 10/1

Hello all,
I sent the papers in the mail today, so hopefully we should be getting the approval for the new Colorado chapter soon. As DSjockey said, I think meet and greet would be a great idea. Anyone else up for a BBQ or something like that, to meet and greet?
As far as a dyno day, I know for sure that we have a great shop, ATS diesel, right in our back yard. I will start checking into what they would be willing to do for a dyno day for the new chapter. I’ll keep you posted!
As for the membership to the chapter, please go ahead and fill out the chapter membership form. I’ll post the address of where to send when I get the official word that the chapter has been established. Until then, keep spreading the word of a new Colorado chapter.
Thanks guys,
Matt

Please post any ideas or suggestions for the part of colorado for the meeting ie. places, times, dates, etc. I for instance am in Boulder, I know a lot of people are in Denver and Ft. Collins. I also have a few ideas about where to host this 'shindig' but saying I am open to suggestions is a gross understatement.

Hey I'll be putting a KORE Pace kit on my truck this weekend (probably Saturday) down in Colorado Springs if anyone wants to stop by and check it out. I've never lifted one of our trucks before but it looks pretty easy so hopefully it will only take me a few hours. I've got some 35" Toyo MTs on the way too but I don't think they'll be here for a few weeks. I can't wait to see how the truck turns out. I just straight piped it and it sounds great if you guys are thinking about doing that I'd say def go for it, sounds good but not too loud and no drone whatsoever. Just got the Line-X done too and it's perfect, I'd recommend that too. Maybe I'll see some of you guys this weekend.
Here is a bit more info on the joint charity dyno day in Ft Collins

The following is a cut and paste from the above thread
I would like to remind everyone about the upcoming charity dyno day at PFI in Fort Collins, CO. on Oct. 1st. This is an all diesel event with the Powerstroke club and the D-Max clubs. Shay from the Powerstroke club is lining most things up as I am very busy at work at this time. Please post here or on the other post Shay started if you are willing to come and also if you would be willing to spend some time assisting with trucks. Shay is going to start a sign up sheet to schedule help at certain times so the same ole people do not have to spend the whole day doing it. The funds we raise will be going to Childrens Hospital this year, so it would be nice if you at least came and made a donation even if you do not dyno your truck. I am looking forward to seeing eveyone and hope you are having a great summer. Let's make this a successful event for the kids we can help out in the small way that we can.

The Charity Dyno Day and Truck Show is drawing closer, so we need to get on the ball and start getting organized.
What we need is donations from businesses for our prize raffle. Anything.....truck parts, gift certificates, whatever. The business will get a receipt for what they donate, as it will be tax deductable. And remember, it doesn't have to be truck related. It can be from a restaurant or shop or anything. So hit up everyone you know. I am also taking reservations for booths from performance shops. It is free to set up a booth, all I ask is that your business make a donation, either in prize or cash. This will be first come, first serve, so get your request into me soon.
Every bit of money we bring in that day will go to the Children's Hospital. I will be going down there soon to see exactly where we want the money we raise to go.
This is the time to start giving your input and suggestions on what you would like to see this year.
I also have fliers that can be distributed around, so if you would like to help out in that area just shoot me an email and I will email one back to you to print out. Just be sure you ask the business before posting it.
So, don't forget....
