First of all, Id like to thank Cowhand for taking the initiative and getting a Local Chapter established and rolling. Thank you Cowhand, your work is greatly appreciated.

Next, as life often goes, things change and when they do, time is often the most noticeable difference.
This case not being any different, Cowhand has agreed to step down and let Randel Paulsen take over the Chapter.

Id like to extend my congratulations to Randel Paulsen and my thanks for stepping up and taking over CADTR #24.
