Been out working my jibblees off, putting my truck back together with some enhancments, headache rack and lights...I wike the purty lights....In the morning it's haul 8N ford to the house for repair, get more wire and a few odds and ends and finish the wiring on the truck, then DONE!! For now.....until I find more purty lights!!

Streetsmoker you put anymore power to that truck and your gonna need wings!!! You know what you want to do....Just tub the rearend and be done with it, some big ol' Mickeys on the back.

Everybody is throwing the power to there rigs here lately. Roper with the chip, Prospectors 275's, big lines.....I guess at our next meet(when I'm there) I'll have to hang around the back so as not to embarass everyone with my stock, slow truck!!

Thats right. I yelled it. I needed my cummins to pull my big head home tonight.

I used his Diablo programer and my DB box and got 490HP and a little over 1000ft/lb torque!!!!! Needless to say, I will be getting a diablo programer soon, very soon!! Thanks Streetsmoker for letting me use the programer. I think that is worthy of updating my signature????? I never would have believed that two power adders and a strait pipe would net me those numbers but it did!!!

hehehehehe.....that's funny stuff there!!! Sometimes when we have a car with a bad fuel pump we'll sit on the front of the car with the hood up and have another guy get in and start cranking it, meanwhile the hood jockey sprays brake clean in the throttle body and does that while the other guy drives the car into the shop!! It's quicker than using our worn out pusher especially on warranty jobs!!!

Got my cab rack done.....well, almost. Put some diamond plate end caps on tonight, not in picture, got all the wires done outside. Now have to wire up the switches in the cab for the work lights....I have an unbelievable amount of time in this thing..... and boy are those lights bright at night....wait until my outer lights get turned into LED's

 

I just got back to my house about 5 mins ago from KY. I think I've been driving all weekend.

I had a blast! It was well worth the drive down there. My hats off to Southern Speed. They have a great little place down there.

I think we should put my bumper on John's truck and strap Patrick to it with the bottle and send him down the track. I'll film.

I was seriously impressed with everyone's numbers. Especially Streetsmokers. That's a pretty hot little truck. I'll have to get a ride in it next time.

Well my trucks in bed and I'm about 5mins from it also. I'll check back in tomrrow.

 

I'll do it. Bungee cord me to the ranch hand and give me a bottle and we will see what it can do. Oh wait, after saturdays night of drag racing I have learned that streetsmokers truck will NOT hook on the street at all. More power will only mean more slipping of the rears so it may not be worth it??
