smokin-u could you share the spring river diesel class rules. and different class options. I've been to a couple pulls and interested in pulling. Just wondering bout rules such as hitch height, air bags allowed, weight brackets? weight classes? and can you pull in the middle of the season or do you have to be registered or something? thanks jared

there is a 8000# class can pull gas diesel 2 or 4wd. they made that for more of the stock truck crowd. it has a 15mph speed limit pretty much to keep the bigger trucks out of it. 26" hitch hieght tires no bigger than 33 12.50 no twin turboes unless on 08 or newer ford and no spray of any kind. the other class we have is an 8500# diesel pickup. same rules as small class plus you can have a hanging ballast that extends no further than 60" from center line of axle to front of weight. plus they ask that you have u joint shields. bags are allowed but the fuse must be pulled at the time of crossing the scales before you hook. you can pull at any time the only difference is a paid member will pull for points and it cost a little less money to enter if your a member. hope this answers a few of your questions

They don't have a class for trucks like mine? 9800lbs, low hitch height, drive it for work everyday. 400+hp I trailer it all the time only the trailer is behind me with other trucks on it.
