Ok ya'll, Ive decided to throw a lil party for all my fellow diesel heads. I already booked some live music, free burgers, hotdogs, brats, beer, and pop. I put a small 2 page website up for info on it.. Im calling it Diesels In The Heartland - Party at the Hill..


The event is totally paid for out of my pocket. A good friend of mine owns the local yamaha shop, and hes gonna supply all the ice and waters, so that helps. I am having shirts printed up asap with the design that is found at the site. Hot Dogs are being Provided By Heartland Diesels.com

Its all goin down Oct 18th, 2008 here at my house. I am figuring on 100-150 ppl showing up. I also have plaques being made for a small truck show. Loudest Truck, Biggest Truck, Most Modded Truck, Best Looking Truck, and of course, Dirtiest Truck..

If ya'll are anywhere around here on OCT 18th.. C'mon down to my house, drink a few, listen to some music.. have a good time.

I am selling T-shirts at the party to help pay for some of it, since shirts are an extra expense, Im only having a limited number of them printed. Mainly Im doin this to see how many we can get rounded up in the area. If we get 150+ next year I will be holding a much larger event hopefully at the Tulsa, OK Dragstrip. and yes, I have found a dyno machine for that event if we get enough people.

There is plenty of room for pitchin a tent here.. Ive got a 7 acre yard. Also, there are several Hotels in the nearest town - Poteau, OK.

Find the EZ Mart Gas station, and Turn West on E1300 (L.C. Wells Road)
Travel 1.9 Miles to the 2nd Road, and Turn Left (South) On N 4683
Travel 1.6 Miles to Stonewood Drive (Not On Map) Turn Left and go to 1st house on Left
