Opps left the (wrenching) out of the poll. Just use the (tree) for that since I'm sure no one but me would want to do that. Well you can say if you do.

We all know everyone is busy. Some of you have to get it together just your trucks of course. I'm sure some of us will see each other at the pulls/drags. Some of you have no interest in pulling/drags.
What would interest you non pull/dragers?

I would still think a wrench day would interst most.

What's the best way to make it happen? What would make the most people show up? Food? Alch? Some kind of entertainment diesel related, might have to be kid friendly? Location?, no not one of those places, you know who you are. Remember some of us have kids and wives. Maybe we could leave them behind?
Let's see a few horse people, got enough horses for everyone to ride? What about a place to ride?
A Tree DR, anyone want to climb trees besides the kids of course mostly the ones under 18.
How about weld stainless.
Guns now that's an idea. Back pasture shooting contest pistol and rifle. Whos got the pasture?
Lets see diesel related, 4x4 rough terain or mud? I'm talking slow speed stuff not raceing. Lets not try to tear things up, just have fun.
How about ATV's? Who likes to ride? How may of you have a ATV? Where would we ride?
Canoeing there are several rivers around here. Pack might be able to get us canoes for the Buffalo right, hint hint.
Potatoes well that kind of goes with guns doesn't it.
Fishing? Kids like that probably.
Go to the lake who's got a pontoon? Or boat?
Food lets see we have several smokers among us who wants to? Bring our own food unless someone want to donate it all or part. Of course food could be at any of the gaterings.
Anything we do will take some planing and effort on our part to be there. I guess a pole might work here.

I'm always up for a BS session and a wrenching day, always wantin to help or to learn...
my only issue with making it is the distance/price of fuel..

Set 'em up, I'll make the ones I can and wont make the others....

ok i'll respond to each of your suggestions:
a wrench day would be fun for me, mainly cause i have to put everything back on my truck, plus some more i have 2 available shops, one is a mess and the other i'd have to ask permission to use, which wouldn't be a problem.
i normally have bad luck with horses, they like to try and throw me for some odd reason, but i'd still ride finding a place wouldn't be that hard either. chadwick area would be a great place
i can't weld stainless, but i could learn real fast. i can do aluminum and steel though. i have my own stuff.
ATV's i love. anytime anywhere i'm there. and yes, i do tend to show off a bit. who'da thought that one. again the chadwick area on that one. excelent riding.
canoeing i could also do. one little problem though i have 6 canoe's buuuut, i'm kinda not allowed in the buffalo national river area for a couple of years. i sort of got in a little trouble there, hence my little disappearing act i just pulled. but i wouldn't mind researching something like that and finding a central to everyone place in missouri.
guns you betcha. i have two 80 acre spots. one has about a 100+ yard flat spot that could be used. i like to shoot stuff. but not with potatoes, i prefer my 1200'+ per second stuff, and hand guns.
i also enjoy fishing. i can't catch a thing but it is relaxing.
food, who around here eats???? me that's who. i'm game for a BBQ again. mike can cover my part this time, lol.
i have no boat but i'm in the market for a pontoon. a big one, i love those things. of course i'd have to try and make it fast, go figure. i'd pitch in on renting one at a lake. and food would have to be at whatever we do. possiblly other items that you people like to consume. i don't see how you people drink so much. sooo with all this being said i've answered all your questions from my stand point. the riding of somekind sounds like a plus. i prefer the quads cause you can haul alot of stuff.
by the way, does anyone want to spruce up their vehicle or anything??? tv's for the kids, bull bars, anything like that holler at me.

I must be on the wrong website.

I'm up for whatever and I'll donate my pasture and shooting range but travelling to events and such just depends on my work schedule.
