wanted: someone who can bend big pipe/tube for a brushguard?

Hi all,
I’m currently living in WI but originally from Becker (home of Becker Furniture World). Anyway, I’m contemplating building a bumper for my 2004 2500. Problem is I want to have a stout brush guard for it. Many places (buckstop, road armor, etc) use 0.120” wall x 3” tube/pipe for their brushguards.
Do any of you know of a place in MN who can bend pipe/tube of that size? I’d rather not cut and weld, but want more smooth radius.

Thanks

There's gotta be some place in Las Cruces with all the wheeling going on. Look for off-road shops.

Are you sure it's not 2 3/8" my cousin has one of the buckstop bumpers and that's what it is. I have one that bends up to 2 3/8"

If I could find a bender that would do 2 3/8" that would probably work. I'd have to look at the pipe to see if I would like the look. What kind of bender do you have? How does it do? Does it tend to crimp the pipe?

For example, Road Armor uses 3" tube @ 0.120" wall

I have a jd2 model 4 bender and the other one I made on a engine type Jack. I have some 2 3/8 dies for it wich are the only ones I have, it barely crimps the pipe at 90* at like 7" bend. The model 4 bends perfect but it only bends up to 2"
