mike set your timing to what ever you wish, my truck was timed at 15.5* for two years running 50psi out of my 62/65/14, and when I went to the 66/74/14 I was seeing 55+psi. all with stock hg and head bolts. not saying you cant run more than 16* on a stock hg but the higher you go the higher chance you have of blowing one

Well I did some reading and everyone says up to 16.5 is ok. I think the truck might stay at 16 better then 15 tho. Just a thought

Well had a fender bender today!
Actually not my fender but the car that hit me. Tore the whole front end off the car. He was trying to cross Yellow Brick rd onto Race rd. He didn't see me, or didn't look. I saw him hit the brakes & horn. he hit my front tire and then ripped open my rear outside tire. Only damage is front hubcap & ring and rear tire and trim ring, did'nt touch my truck body at all.
He was in a rental because he had an accident yesterday too. He is 90!
I'm po'd, that was a brand new tire too!

Gonna take the truck in tomorrow to get the alignment and front end checked.

He was on his way to see his insurance agent on the corner of Race rd. Allstate, funny that's my agent too. I called my agent and said i've been in an accident, i said look out your window. They took good care of me! I was in good hands.

Haha.

Darn Scott that sucks. At least is was just the tires and trim. Even if they would've paid for it, waiting for the fix gotta sucks.

Fleet truck parts on rt40 by chesaco ave has wix oil filters for 9 bucks and im sure the fuel filters cant be more than 10 or 15. They also have a decent stock of 4, 5, and 6 inch exhaust piping not to mention a bunch of other stuff.
