yea with the wastegate bored out to 1". not hard to build, just time consuming. the whole twin setup is cheaper than a new single and should run better so i figured why not. hopefully running by friday, saturday at the latest. then im taking it down bretts sunday to get an o-ringed head put on. still looking for a wastegate actuator if anyone comes accross one.

Word of advice if you havent used a 5" metal hole saw before....Don't use a Battery Drill to do it. With a corded drill at least the cord can wrap around your arm when it catchs the bed support. .

I have a 4.5" and a 6", but not a 5" I used the 4.5" on mine.

Uh Oh. Timing slipped hardcore this morning. Whited out 4 lanes of traffic. No restart. Travis is coming up tonight to help retime it. Anyone know if i can just go to 16. I was reading and it doesnt seem as dangerous as i thought.

16 degrees is fine. ive been at 16.5 for a while and pushed over 40lbs of boost through my hx35 (darn ddp4's and i just put it to the floor). head gasket still in tact! until this sunday when my head gets ripped off. when am i building your twins? hahaha

yea im doing the 20 over... the one you have looks like something you would pick up on baltimore screet, all beat up and nasty lookin.
