August 2nd at the Buck is the next hook for the celebrity.

Is anyone going to hook there truck up on Tuesday? i think that is the truck pull date. I did it last year with my mega cab (only had trans done at the time. This year may be a lil more fun. (updating sig)

 

The local celebrity is probibally going to be pulling on Tuesday, not sure about anyone else though.

 

I'm going to hook up (as long as I have my fuel hooked up) should be fun with the extra power this year

 

does anyone know the rules for tuesday night?

 

stock= stock, if you have stacks or an afe filter its not stock you bump up

street legal modified- injectors, single turbos, chips all the normal stuff

open/exhibition-if it chugs white smoke at idle, has twins, lopes its going in this class

the diesel classes will start pulling around 11 or 12, last year we left around 2:30am and we were just watching, we didnt even have a trailer to load.

 

open/exhibition= no payout?

does anyone plan on running the open class? Im not sure if i want to drive that far for a test hook. Especially if it goes and theres nothing to compare it to

 

last year there was about 10 trucks in the open class- a couple of the decent diesels who stepped up and a couple gas trucks, the sled was set so heavy that no gas truck even got it off the line.

the only exhibition run was by a hot 12v thats local and he had twins on the truck.

 

well ill see how busy i am tomorrow and maybe ill be down. I need some hooks to get this thing right

 

I hooked up with two other guys, one gas and one diesel. Truck ran great wasnt really set up for it. but had alot of fun. Think im going to try the buck in august. Need to add more timbrens to the truck though the back end was saggin

 

buck doesnt allow timbrens unless it has an inch of travel.

also they "say" they dont allow twins or twin cp3's but they let some guys pull with them last time even tho they denied when someone else asked about it.
