Guys do I need any grill covers to keep temps up? or it's not that cold here??

If you're a short tripper (less than 10 miles) you may. I drive >50 miles a day and have no trouble without winter fronts or card board.

Here is the fitting you need from www.mcmaster.com
5929K56
Steel Yor-Lok Tube Fitting Adapter for 1/2" Tube OD X 3/8" NPT Female Pipe
In stock at $8.65 Each
As for the trans temp sensor it self i don't have a clue You will need to find out what sensor will work with your gauge.

It goes in the hot line just below the heat exchanger. We'll just put the truck on the lift and cut the line. it's no big deal.

well if i get that and the sensor i need to put it in before WED if next week so when i go to bufflo i can keep watch on the temp
