Picked up my first dually...

I have always been a Honda guy. I am 37 and buy and sell cars and bikes. So I had a nice Honda Civic HB and this guy posted on my thread on tamparacing.com that he would trade me for a 2001 Dodge Dually. Now a very good friend of mine just traded his Nissan 240 for a 2001 Dodge Dually 6 speed on the same day I saw the post. So I responded very interested thinking that it was the same guy. It wasn't so after doing some research the civic which I couldn't sell for more the 5k was traded for the 349000 mile Dodge 3500 SLT, which edmunds true market value is 8400 at the chassis mileage and almost all parts were replaced or rebuilt within the last 150000.

I ran out of fuel on day 3 of owning the truck...

A note for those of you that don't know what to do if you run out of fuel. First you have to fill the fuel filter canister up to the top. Put the filter back in making sure that fuel spills out cause the canister is so full. Then crack the closest the the radiator injector tube. Crank the truck for 30 secs to a min. Then turn the key pack on spot not letting the pump to kick off. Keep doing it till it starts. Then tighten the tube back up and let the truck run for a few mins till the rod knock noise goes away.
