New in Gilbert, AZ

I just made the move from an '04 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Sport to an '08 2500 6.7L. So far so good, only had it a week, of which the dealer had it 2 days to take care of some things agreed upon during the sale. Loving the exhaust brake, has to be one of the coolest new toys.

I don't commute much, I work primarily out of my house. This is why high gas/diesel prices didn't scare me off and with all the incentives I felt it was a good time to make the move. I race motorcycles and will be pulling a 28ft Toy Hauler. The 1500 really struggled with it so I look forward to pulling it with the diesel. Loaded the trailer is around 8000 lbs so I doubt I'll even know it's back there.

I have all good things to say so far about Power Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, they are way on the other end of town, but took care of me both during the sale and after getting things that we agreed upon done. No hassle, made the deal quickly and I was about $13k under MSRP. Deal was initiated through fleet/Internet and finished by retail since my sales rep was out when I got there. They even gave me a loaner truck while they had mine for service.

Alarm goes in tomorrow, then the Airraid setup I found locally (Craigslist), then off to find a chip/programmer. So far 1 tank of gas, 14MPG HC, mixed highway/city traffic.

Welcome to the DTR!!!

Do yourself a favor... brouse around a little before you buy performance parts, I kick myself in the pants a lot because I would have saved a lot of money by looking at what others had and seing what I liked from their setups...

If ya got a question, ask! Welcome again!
