Considering Diesel truck

Hello everyone...Just a couple of questions. First off I only drive Dodge Trucks...Ramchargers, powerwagons...1500s. I was considering trading my 2005 1500 hemi quad cab in for a 2008 quad cab 2500 with the bluetec 6.7 liter. The diesel has 129k on it. I dont know alot about diesels...Is the 6.7 bluetec reliable? should all the kinks be worked out by 129k miles?Anything I should watch for?
Also I read about a DPF delete....how do i tell if that has been done...and if it hasnt how much does that cost? any and all info on this truck would be helpful...Its a 4wd if that makes a difference.

Thanks

Welcome to the site. Maybe one of the members with one of these newer trucks can chime in for you.

Search button above is your friend, my friend. Welcome to the nut house. Grab yourself a beer, free nuts on the bar, and start reading.

You can start with this thread here:

Took me about 3 seconds to search for it, and it appears to answer your questions quite well, although you have a lot to digest in it's length.

Welcome again !
