what do these codes mean?

I have a 01 CTD, and I just did the ingition test, turning it on three times, and the codes p-1682, p-1693, p-0523 came up. I checked the tech facts section for the computer code list and couldn't find them.
Thanks for the help.

Where are you located? I ASK because......

- if it's COLD where you are at, the grid heaters will be cycling, and there may be an issue in that system - which could cause low charging

- same with the oil, if it's REAL cold, depending on the weight you are running, you can get a big jump in oil pressure (mine will hit 80 psi on a cold day!)

I think the last code is the companion code?

Okay, I am not SURE, but thought I would throw a couple of ideas out?
