Vibration at different points

I'm getting ready to move and have to tow a trailer about 300 miles and I have noticed that I now have a vibration that seems to be getting worse and worse. I get the vibration at a constant speed of about 60 mph and then also some times when I'm slowing down not with the brakes but idling down at a slow speed. I have checked the U joints and I haven't found anything obvious with them one of the rear ones does have a little grease coming out but nothing else seems to be wrong. I've checked the bolts on the u joints and they are all tight and I'm just a little clueless as to what the problem could be. Anyone have any ideas? I have 48000 miles on it and its an 04 Quad cab 4X4 2500 and pretty much all stock. PLEASE HELP>>>>

When you check u-joints, you have take the drive shaft out to be sure there is a full range of smooth motion in all directions. Not doing so can hide a slight binding in one joint like on 'ol Rastus when I missed one.

Like a friend of mine says........ "why change them now? It's much easier to change them at the side of the road"

My buddy had 04 doing the same thing. When I grabbed the drive shaft it seemed OK . But when I pulled out the driveshaft I found the joints binding. Replaced u-joints & problem was solved.
