ok my buddy was driving down the highway yesterday and his transfer case exploded we have called all the wrecking yards in ontario and have only found 1 which is in nova scotia
i was wondering if there are any others that can be used in its place without having to buy or make a crazy adapter.
his truck is a
98 2500 ext cab short box auto
the transfer case is a new process 241 standerd heavy duty
ne one in southern ontario have one for sale?

Another guy told me the same thing.His transfer case exploded while driving down the highway.He said the front driveshaft CV let close destroying the TC.Is this what happened here??

 

exactly what happened he thought it was just a u join not the center one turns out it was the center and the t case is all the way down the qew in niagara falls

 

hamilton area found 1 from a random tranny dude for 300 bucks today
