Steering wheel noise????????

Steering wheel noise????????
I am on the road and my steering wheel has a "hissing" noise coming from around where the steering wheel and column come together. Should I be concerned?? It only makes the noise when I am turning.

A dry bushing or maybe the covers are rubbing the steering wheel.
