Sputter and low idle

I have a 2000 dodge 24v I just put new injection pump and airdog 2 it has 199k I have little under half tank going up a hill and the truck fell on its face then cleared out I pulled in to my shop and it wanted to idle low then I revved it and it cleared out y is it doing this I need this truck for work .... Also I am running quadzilla adrenaline adr3000 post if u can help thank u

Disconnect the quad and see if problem persists. On your AirDog does it have a drawstraw? If so did you cut it too short? Those are the two things that stand out to me.

I disconnected the chip and this morning my truck just shut off of me and draw straw is to the bottom of tank also so now truck won't start

Do the key on-off trick and see if any codes are present. ( key on-off-on-off-on-off then on never cranking ) the ODO cluster will read out any codes.

If you installed draw straw with the tank sitting on the floor then the straw is too short. The tank hangs down a couple inches in the center when it is in the truck and has fuel in it.

Put 5 gallons in it and see if it doesn't run

Question

put the key in ingition, turn it to ACC and listen to a hum of a pump. if no hum, check fuses
