south bend double disk clutch question

I have a 2002 dodge ram 2500 cummins with 5 speeds trans. I was installing a south bend double disk clutch with upgraded hydos and input staft. I noticed that the clutch is for a six speed. Will it work with my 5 speed.

Should be fine, only the later 6 speeds had the 1-3/8" shafts, so it would make sense to have the 6 speed clutch.

If you have doubts, call Peter at SBC.
