Security Problem

So last night got home went to lock up the ride and the stock alarm starts going off at 12:00 Midnight so I unhooked the batteries. Im sure neighbors are ******. Anywho, yesterday when I would lock the doors with the clicker the horn never blew. About a year ago the central timing module that controls the security system burnt up on me and melted some wires. I replaced the module and repaired the wires with all new parts from Dodge. So my problem is that the lights are flashing going down road and horn dont blow now cause I pulled the fuse. ANY IDEAS?????

The only time anyone pays attention to car alarms is at midnight when it p.o. the neighbors. I would remove the alarm for good and get rid of the headaches.
